Thai comics are comics written and produced in Thailand. They began from regional comics such as ghost comics. The history of thai comics has began from the west painting in era of Jessadabodindra. After that in era of Vajiravudh jape thai comics was very popularity especial political jape comics. After Siamese Revolution of 1932 Thailand has many popular written such as Sawad Chutarop, the written of Sang Thong comics and Khun Maun, modified from Popeye and Mickey Mouse. In 1952 has began the first comics for children, Tuk Ka Ta written by Pimol Kalasee. Thailand has many popular comics such as Apaimanee Saga, the first Thai comic that can published to foreign country besides Thailand.[1]
